Terms of Use

Article 1 Purpose

The purpose of these terms and conditions is to set forth the necessary matters for the use of the products provided by MMP ENG Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company").


Article 2 Effectiveness and Modification of the Terms

  1. These terms and conditions take effect as soon as the user completes registration or creates a post on the bulletin board.

  2. The Company may revise these terms and conditions if deemed necessary, and any changes will be notified through the services provided by the Company.

  3. The revised terms will become effective from the time they are announced.


Article 3 Definitions of Terms

The terms used in these terms and conditions are defined as follows:

  1. User: An individual or corporation who registers for the service provided by the Company.

  2. Registration: The act of completing the application form with the necessary information and agreeing to these terms to complete the service usage contract.

  3. Member: A person who has registered by providing personal information necessary for membership on the site.

  4. User ID: A combination of letters and numbers selected by the user and approved by the Company for identification and service usage purposes.

  5. Password: A combination of letters, numbers, and special characters set by the user to protect their personal information.

  6. Termination of Use: The declaration of the Company or the user to terminate the service usage contract after utilizing the service.


Article 4 Application of Regulations

Matters not specified in these terms and conditions shall be governed by the provisions of the Telecommunications Basic Act, the Telecommunications Business Act, and other relevant laws.


Article 5 Application for Use

  1. The user shall apply by accessing the website (www.mmpmixer.com).


Article 6 Approval and Rejection of Use Application

  1. The usage contract is established by the user's application and the Company's acceptance.

  2. The Company may reject the use application in the following cases:

    1. If the user applies under a name that is different from their real name.

    2. If the user submits false information or false documents in the application.


Article 7 Changes to Contract Information

  1. The user must modify any changes to the information provided during the registration. If any problems occur due to failure to modify, the user will bear the responsibility.

    1. Name and phone number

    2. Password

    3. Other items recognized by the Company.

  2. The user ID may be changed upon the user's request in the following cases:

    1. If the phone number or other personal information is registered and it is a concern for privacy.

    2. If it causes discomfort to others.

    3. Other cases deemed necessary by the Company.


Article 8 Types of Services

  1. The Company provides services such as bulletin board creation.

  2. Users can request to view confidential materials on the bulletin board from the Company.

  3. Users can download materials provided by the Company.


Article 9 Service Usage Time

Service usage is generally available during business hours, excluding company holidays, unless special technical or operational issues arise.

In case of system maintenance or repair, services may be temporarily suspended after notification.


Article 10 Changes to Service Content

When service content is added, modified, or deleted, the Company will notify the users through the services provided.


Article 11 Restriction or Suspension of Service Use

The Company may restrict or suspend service use if the user engages in the following activities:

  1. Deliberate or negligent interference with the operation of the service.

  2. If the telecommunications provider suspends service according to the Telecommunications Business Act.

  3. In the event of a national emergency, service equipment failure, or excessive usage demand.

  4. If the user violates the provisions of Article 14.

  5. If the Company deems the user unfit for service use.


Article 12 Obligations of the Company

The Company will not disclose or distribute the user’s personal information to third parties without the user’s consent.

However, the Company is not liable in the following cases:

  1. If the user independently provides personal information to a third party or information provider, and the third party discloses it.

  2. If there is a legal request from a government agency or due to criminal investigations or other legal procedures.


Article 13 User's Obligations

  1. The user must not engage in the following activities:

    1. Use another person's user ID or password fraudulently.

    2. Leaking or using Company-provided materials for commercial purposes without permission.

    3. Replicating, publishing, or broadcasting information obtained through the service for other purposes without the Company’s prior consent.

    4. Engaging in activities that are deemed criminal.

    5. Engaging in any illegal activities as defined by the law.

    6. Using the service for business purposes unless permitted by the Company.

  2. If a user’s post violates the terms (e.g., infringes on public order, defames others, or violates copyright), the Company may delete the post without notice.


Article 14 Deletion of Posts or Content

To ensure efficient operation, the Company may limit memory space, message size, or storage duration for posts. If any content violates the following, it may be deleted without prior notice:

  1. Content defaming or slandering other users or third parties.

  2. Content that violates public order and good morals.

  3. Content deemed criminal in nature.

  4. Content infringing on the Company’s or third parties' rights, including copyrights.

  5. Content involving pornography or linking to pornographic sites.

  6. Other content that violates relevant laws.


Article 15 Contract Termination and Restrictions

  1. If a member wishes to terminate the service contract, they must apply for termination at least one day before (or two days before if the termination day is a public holiday).

  2. If the user violates the terms and does not rectify the violation within the specified period, the Company may terminate the service contract.

  3. The Company can restrict or suspend services without prior consent from a user who violates the terms.

  4. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if the user engages in activities that are inconsistent with the contract or violate the law.


Article 16 Compensation for Damages

The Company is not responsible for any damages arising from free services, except in cases of gross negligence on the Company’s part.


Article 17 Disclaimer

  1. The Company is not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters).

  2. The Company is not responsible for issues arising from using information provided through the internet service.

  3. The Company is not liable if the user does not receive the expected benefits from the service or suffers damages due to the use of materials.

  4. The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by the user’s fault.

  5. The Company is not responsible for the content of materials posted or transmitted by users.

  6. The Company is not liable for transactions or exchanges between users or between users and third parties facilitated by the service.

  7. The Company is not responsible for the storage and transmission of service materials, and is not liable for any loss of materials.

  8. The Company is not liable for service disruptions caused by the user’s fault.

  9. The Company is not responsible for the reliability or accuracy of information provided through its service.


Article 18 Jurisdiction

In case of a lawsuit arising from the use of the service, the court located in the jurisdiction of the Company will have exclusive jurisdiction.


Article 19 Application of Regulations

For matters not specified in these terms, the provisions of the Commercial Act, Information and Communications Business Act, and other relevant laws will apply, and customary practices will govern any unaddressed matters.


Supplementary Provisions

(Effective Date) These terms and conditions will take effect from September 1, 2022.
